Traveling Art Shack~ was delighted to be apart of the Great Rooms Grand Opening Event recently in Red Hook, Brooklyn!
The Founder's of, The Great Room, Susie & Jess wanted to create a dynamic space open to all, focused on answering the community's needs and providing a safe place to explore, find solace and share joy. They made that happen for the Brooklyn Community!
We at the Traveling Art Shack knew Families on this day would be visiting in intervals, so we decided on creating various arts & crafts projects for Kids & Parents to enjoy on their own exploring or engaging with each other as a Family in the creative process.
Some decided to learn about the art of finger stitching, designing their own super hero mask's or crowns, water coloring pin wheels, beading necklaces/bracelets, multi color yarn wrapping to create God's eye's, fun slap bracelets for decorating and simply open ended exploration to be creative with all art materials!

Traveling Art Shack is looking forward to collaborating with The Great Room in near future giving Art Classes/Special Events for Kids to being hired for Birthday Art Parties in their space!! Parents we always love customizing a memorable Party for your kids!!
